The Golden Age; an era of Arab music and arts within Egypt and the Arab world. This data visualization/editorial project explores the impact of this era on the Arab world. It was a sound of revolution and an Egyptian musical renaissance during 1940 to 1970. 

Displaying spreads focusing on specific songs which held a strong political and social impact within their lyrics, along with the respective singers and composers. Then showcasing an interpreted lyric from each song with relevant data visualized in relation to the Egyptian people alongside it. In between the data and music spreads are images of Egyptian people and various significant cultural activities and locations. All encompassing relevant data to the Arab world and the music that lives in the hearts of its people.
